Ghost Accounts allow you to consolidate purchase reporting for your most frequently used suppliers such as travel agencies, airlines, or hotels. All orders from that vendor can include point-of-sale information such as:
- Cost centers
- Project numbers
- Department codes
- Other identifiers for your general ledger (G/L) or accounting system
Ghost Accounts eliminate physical cards and the possiblity that cards are lost or stolen. The accounts also provide the same spending controls found on any of our card programs.
