J.P. Morgan’s Benefit Payment System Upgrade

This month, J.P. Morgan installed upgraded versions of our on-line benefit payment system, InfoWeb. The upgrade provides plan sponsors with the choice of offering a rollover option for eligible Plan participants who have elected to receive monthly recurring payments. Other features of this system release include check register report enhancements, providing added visibility on the stop date for each fund.

No InfoWeb access? No problem!Contact us to obtain a user application to set-up InfoWeb access so that you will be able to access your plan and plan participant information 24/7, securely and efficiently.

Combined Payments

J.P. Morgan is now offering plan sponsors the ability to combine multiple payments in a single electronic distribution. Plan participants who receive payments from multiple plans can elect to receive their payment in one simple direct deposit (ACH) deposit. This aggregation of payments does not in any way impact the participant’s tax record and so their taxability and reporting remain intact.
