Stephanie Miller Joins J.P. Morgan Worldwide Securities Services as Global Head of Alternative Investment Services

Strategic New Hire Demonstrates Commitment to Alternatives Business

New York, March 8, 2012 –J.P. Morgan Worldwide Securities Services (WSS) today announced that Stephanie Miller has joined the firm as Global Head of the Alternative Investment Services business, reporting to Nick Rudenstine, Global Head of Investor Services for WSS. In this new role, Stephanie will oversee strategy and direction for WSS’ Private Equity & Real Estate Services and Hedge Fund Services. This strategic new hire demonstrates an ongoing commitment to strengthening the alternatives business within WSS.

Prior to joining WSS, Stephanie was a Managing Director for Citco Fund Services (USA) Inc., which offers full Hedge Fund and Private Equity administrative services. At Citco, Stephanie was responsible for all operations and clients for the New York, New Jersey and North Carolina offices.  In this role, she helped develop a new business line for traditional fund administrators and expanded it internationally to London and Dublin.  Prior to Citco, Stephanie held senior positions at Credit Suisse First Boston as Director of Global Operations, Capital Markets Company as Principle Consultant, and CDC North America Inc. as Product Controller for Structured Products.
