Service and Support

J.P. Morgan's Order-to-Pay provides a number of service and support channels for users to get answers to their questions. All registered users of our Order-to-Pay service have access to the following tools:

  • Buyer and Supplier Services E-mail Support
  • Buyer and Supplier Services Phone Support

The support services personnel assisting our buyers and suppliers are experts in their areas. They can assist users with all aspects of Order-to-Pay, including implementation, rollout and supplier adoption, application support, back-office system integration and AP automation features. For all incoming requests, Order-to-Pay establishes a unique case ID number to assist in tracking the request through to resolution. We track the history of all communications to ensure complete support and follow-through.
