Morgan has contracted with Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) to provide full online voting service - including shareholder meeting notifications and the related resolution agenda - as local market conditions allow. Voting instructions are submitted to the issuing company in accordance with market practice. Because of the firm's commitment to helping institutional investors invest in emerging markets, J.P. Morgan will continue to enhance this service and increase the number of countries covered as regulatory and procedural barriers are overcome.

In addition to offering 24/7 customer service, J.P. Morgan's Proxy Service includes proactive maintenance and monitoring of Power of Attorney documentation in markets that require POAs. In addition, market guidelines and VoteX browser tutorials are available online.
