J.P. Morgan's Global Trade Business Wins Eight Key Industry Awards

Honors Include "Best Trade Bank in the World,"
"Best Supply Chain Finance Bank," and Six Deals of the Year

NEW YORK, May 18, 2011 – J.P. Morgan's Global Trade business unit has won eight awards for leadership in 2010. The industry publications honoring the firm are Global Trade Review, Trade & Forfaiting Review, Trade Finance and The Asset.

Readers of Trade & Forfaiting Review named J.P. Morgan "Best Trade Bank in the World" – the first time this category has appeared in the magazine's annual poll. J.P. Morgan also won its first "Best Supply Chain Bank" Leaders in Trade award from Global Trade Review.

Additional honors – from Global Trade Review, Trade & Forfaiting Review, Trade Finance and The Asset – came in the form of six "Trade Deal of the Year 2010" awards for transactions in vital sectors ranging from transportation to manufacturing in countries that include India, Turkey, the United States, and Vietnam. J.P. Morgan's global supply chain finance solution for Caterpillar was twice recognized for streamlining the company's payables processes and providing liquidity for key suppliers.
