JPMorgan Wins ADR Mandate for United Utilities

The 4th western European blue chip company to appoint JPMorgan as successor depositary bank this year

London, June 23, 2006 – JPMorgan today announced that it has been appointed successor depositary bank for the American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme of United Utilities, the FTSE 100 company.

JPMorgan maintains an extensive European client base, managing more than 70 blue-chip sponsored ADR programmes in the region, including over 30 ADR clients in the UK.
