JPMorgan Announces Depositary Bank Mandate For Vimetco

London, September 12 2007 – JPMorgan Worldwide Securities Services today announced that it is acting as depositary bank for Vimetco, following the company’s initial public offering last month, all of which was in global depositary receipt form (GDR).

Netherlands-based Vimetco, a global, vertically integrated producer of primary and processed aluminum products, with operations in Romania and China, listed its GDRs on the London Stock Exchange in a $515 million offering.
