New York - May 15, 2006 - The Group of Thirty (G30) will hold a press conference to announce the findings of the "Global Clearing and Settlement: Final Monitoring Report" on Monday, May 22nd at 9 a.m. ET at JPMorgan headquarters in New York.
Leading G30 executives will present key findings of the report, including the following:
Global and regional progress on clearing and settlement issues in the U.S., Europe and Asia;
Major steps forward in risk management, disaster planning and preparedness;
Importance of implementation of the G30 recommendations given the merger of exchanges and consolidation within the financial services industry.

The Group of Thirty, formally known as "The Consultative Group on International Economic and Monetary Affairs, Inc." was founded in 1978. The Group of Thirty is a private, nonprofit, international body composed of senior representatives of the private and public sectors and academia.
