U.S. Debit Card – Offered through the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service, the U.S. Debit Card is used by many federal government agencies to facilitate both recurring and nonrecurring payments to staff and constituents. This program significantly reduces payment distribution costs and enables electronic payment for all individuals by streamlining the payment process, eliminating check issuance and reissuance costs, and reducing fraud-related expenses.
Chase Direct Payment Card — State, county and municipal government agencies can deliver recurring payments from multiple agencies and programs via direct deposit to an eligible recipient's debit-only bank account. Payment applications include child support, unemployment insurance, home energy assistance and workers' compensation. Recipients can access their funds at ATMs and pay for purchases worldwide at all retail locations that accept Visa® debit cards.
Chase Payroll Card — Pay unbanked government employees by electronically transferring funds to this debit-only account. Employees can access their funds at ATMs and pay for purchases worldwide at all retail locations that accept Visa debit cards.
Chase Cash Card — Government agencies can issue instant, onsite payments to individuals without check issuance or the need to have cash on hand. Payment types include election worker pay, Department of Corrections payments, termination pay, petty cash, jury service pay, energy assistance, expense reimbursement and employee awards.
Chase Direct Benefit Card — Federal agencies can deliver recurring payments from multiple agencies and programs. Benefit types include Social Security, Supplemental Security Income, Veterans Affairs, Black Lung, Railroad Retirement Annuities and Federal Civil Service Retirees.
