This edition of Benefit Payments provides details on how J.P. Morgan is protecting your Plan and Plan participant information in our regulatory review. J.P. Morgan has made significant investments in technology to increase the protection of your participant information. At J.P. Morgan, risk management and the safeguarding of customer information are very important. We are committed to meeting our obligations under data privacy laws and regulations in each of the jurisdictions in which we do business. Data security is a core business concern and our internal controls, information technology risk management and data privacy programs are designed to address the regulatory requirements.

Service Spotlight features the work that J.P. Morgan’s dedicated Benefit Payment Services Team is doing for you to ensure the most efficient and secure process. Recent enhancements include a built-in quality control feature that allows for on-line second party verification of all input, something that Plan auditors will surely love! Technology Topics outlines product enhancements to InfoWeb, J.P. Morgan’s on-line benefit payment system. This includes system upgrades which have occurred in June and October, additional Plan Sponsor reporting, as well as the ability for you to request and receive your benefit payment reports intra-day.

Don’t forget about J.P. Morgan’s Plan participant web self service tool, My Benefit Payment^SM. My Benefit Payment enables Plan participants to inquire, view and/or update address, payment method, tax withholding and tax form images. Allow J.P. Morgan to handle your Plan participant inquires and create capacity within your offices.
