Corporate Action Event Library

J.P. Morgan's Corporate Action Event Library offers clients access to ADP's comprehensive Internet-based portal of electronic reorg documents. The service is a new paradigm in electronic publishing and distribution of "packaged" shareholder communications related to corporate events.

Ease and Efficiency
Electronic access via the Internet is efficient in managing both time and resources. Scanned documents are posted within 24 hours of receipt of physical material, providing quicker access and more time for review. An email notification contains a URL which takes the user directly to the material offered, providing fast and simple access to the specific documents clients wish to read.

Documents, including Prospectuses, Letters of Transmittal, Tax Information, Broker Letters and more, are packaged in a consolidated view. An electronic toolbar provides easy navigation of these packaged documents. In addition, documents are digitized and indexed, so that they become interactive and enable the user to search on key words and phrases. They also are compressed, requiring a fraction of the disk space used for typical PDF files.

The Document Navigation Bar provides quick and easy access to all packaged documents in the library.

Key features include:

Contents: Drop down menu which allows you to navigate to the different documents Browse: Navigate through the pages of the document
Go To: Go to specific page in the document
Keyword: Search the entire contents of the document by entering a keyword(s) into the search box
Print: Print options include current page, page ranges, or the entire contents of the document
Send Document: E-mail the reorg document to a colleague
