    • CFTC Rule 1.20 Commodity Customer Segregated Bank Accounts, CFTC Rule 30.7 Secured Amount Bank Accounts and CFTC Rule 190.01 Customer Cleared OTC Derivatives Sequestered Account: segregated and secured trust ledger accounts that allow futures commission merchants and derivatives clearing organizations to receive compensation on regulatory cash balances while fully meeting regulatory requirements
    • SEC Rule 15c3-3 Special Reserve Bank Accounts: special trust ledger accounts that allow broker-dealers to receive compensation on their regulatory cash balances
