J.P. Morgan Personal Asset Manager, our managed accounts program, provides an option for the investor who wants to have little to no involvement in making investment decisions. J.P. Morgan Personal Asset Manager is powered by Financial Engines® which provides, implements and maintains the recommended investment strategy for the participant.
The program provides a customized retirement forecast based on participant-specific information such as account balance and the investments available within the plan. It also allows a participant to enter information about other retirement savings accounts such as a spouse’s retirement account, an IRA or a taxable brokerage account. Other data such as desired retirement age and maximum percentage invested in company stock can be customized by the participant. The participant’s account is then actively managed and rebalanced as determined by the program.
Participants receive progress reports every 90 days and have access to customize their experiences further on both on our Web site and by speaking with one of our investment advisor representatives.Information on participants’ asset allocation is also included on quarterly participant statements.
