Texting
Step 1: To sign up for texting, please log on to J.P. Morgan Online, click the J.P. Morgan Mobile link under the Customer Center, then click the "Sign Up Today for J.P. Morgan Mobile" button.
Step 2: After you text JPMRGN (576746), use the commands listed below to get the information you need. (For example: type “bal” to view all account balances. Type “nick” to create a “nick-name” for your account.
Print a wallet card of these commands.
