IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS SPECIFIED IN THE ACCESS AGREEMENT BELOW, INCLUDING THE EMBEDDED TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT ACCESS THIS WEBSITE OR ANY PAGES THEREOF.

Morgan may notify you of any amendments to this agreement by posting the amended terms of the Access Agreement to the ETN Website. You are responsible for being familiar with the current version of this Access Agreement posted on the Website during each session. You agree that access to the ETN Website is revocable at any time in the sole discretion of J.P. Morgan.
