With offices in New York and London, we have the capability to fund in multiple currencies and structure cross-border financing solutions. We invest across a diverse range of industries throughout North America and Europe and target investments between $50 million and $100 million per transaction, acting as sole-investor or in coordination with a select group of mezzanine capital providers. JPMMC favors non-cyclical, mid-cap to larger-cap issuers with leading market positions, strong cash flow characteristics, attractive business models and experienced management teams/sponsors.
