Capital Introduction
Through our capital introduction offering, we have developed relationships with an extensive network of qualified institutional investors across the globe. Our dedicated teams in New York, London, Hong Kong and Tokyo work with a broad spectrum of institutional investors, including hedge funds, pensions, endowments, foundations, family offices and funds of funds. Organized by region and institutional investor segments, we develop and maintain expertise in investor requirements and preferences.

We work with a broad range of managers representing a full spectrum of strategies, including fundamental long-short equities, distressed and high yield, merger and convertible arbitrage, fixed income arbitrage and global macro. The diversity of our client base has enabled us to remain highly effective in providing services to a wide variety of funds and institutional investors.

J.P. Morgan provides comprehensive business and technology consulting services for clients of varying size and strategy. Recognizing the challenges associated with building an institutional funds management business, we constantly research new technologies and services to provide effective solutions for our clients. Our team of professionals, located in New York, London and Hong Kong provides extensive industry experience and access to leading industry providers.

J.P. Morgan takes a team approach to servicing prime brokerage clients. Clients are appointed a dedicated client service representative who acts as the single point of contact for all post-trade activities and queries that clients may have. In addition, a relationship manager is responsible for proactively delivering the capabilities and wealth of resources of our entire organization.

Technology and Reporting
MORCOM, the firm's online portal, provides market-leading technology to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients. Through continued investment in our technology, our clients receive customized data delivery and reporting functionality, as well as end-to-end workflow solutions to deliver straight-through processing.

Through partnership and integration with key technology providers, we can ensure that our workflow solutions are plug-and-play with most executing brokers and fund administrators.

MORCOM provides our clients with a comprehensive web-based source for portfolio reporting and administration. We recognize that there are many aspects of portfolio management that require advanced tools. As such, MORCOM enables clients to report and reconcile trades, initiate wire transfers, execute corporate actions, give instruction to exercise options, and perform a variety of portfolio administration activities online.

In addition to the MORCOM platform, we provide broad flexibility, customized reports and data files to enable the timely and efficient delivery of information to clients and their proprietary or third-party systems.
