The group has approximately 80 professionals in eight offices worldwide - New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Mumbai and Sydney.
Over the course of 2007, the REALIB team advised on over 25 transactions across the multi-family, regional mall, office, lodging and gaming sectors, with an aggregate transaction volume in excess of $27 billion. We were the leading provider of bank debt financing, syndicating over $50 billion in loans across 90 transactions for more than 75 clients. Additionally, the firm is a leading bookrunner of investment grade bonds. Last year, the firm acted as bookrunner on public and private equity transactions, raising in excess of $5 billion. Finally, JPMorgan has one of the leading global CMBS platforms. In 2007, JPMorgan was joint bookrunner on 10 transactions with nearly $27 billion of securities.
