J.P. Morgan AG in Frankfurt is the firm's global operations hub for € Clearing and one of the largest TARGET2 and EBA participants. As fully fledged depository banks ("Depotbanken"), J.P. Morgan AG in Frankfurt and J.P. Morgan (Suisse) SA in Zurich together form one of the largest global custodians in the region. The global business operates through two divisions:

• Treasury Services is a full-service provider of innovative payment, collection, liquidity management, trade finance, commercial card, and information solutions to multinational corporations, financial institutions and government entities.
• Worldwide Securities Services provides innovative custody, fund accounting and administration and securities services to institutional investors, alternative asset managers and debt and equity issuers to help clients optimise efficiency, mitigate risk and enhance revenue through a broad range of investor services.
