Our primary focus is to work closely with Sears Canada, Best Buy, Future Shop, Marriott® and Amazon.ca to provide exceptional customer service as well as competitive features and benefits on our credit card programs. Our customers are supported by more than 750 employees across Canada and more than 250 employees in the Philippines.

Since 1995, J.P. Morgan has offered Commercial Cards in Canada to support purchasing as well as travel and entertainment programs. In addition, we offer Single Use Account (SUA) technology for AP and real-time payments. SUA is an electronic credit card-based payment solution that acts like a check by using a 16-digit virtual account number for a specific payment amount. Our real-time and web-managed solutions help clients reduce costs, customize purchasing controls, report on transactions for vendor negotiations and compliance, and integrate with accounting and ERP systems. Our experienced team is dedicated to providing implementation, technical and cardholder support to ensure that clients take full advantage of all the benefits tied to our Commercial Card products.
