J.P. Morgan's Corporate and Commercial Banking groups in Asia work closely with clients in delivering traditional corporate finance, risk management, operating and investment management services. Investment banking needs, such as M&A, equity and public debt issuance, and situational corporate finance are handled by investment banking client executives. Corporate bankers and client executives work together to deliver universal banking services to the firm's clients. Corporate bankers reside in all the major markets in Asia and cover a wide range of accounts, including locally incorporated companies, foreign multinationals, financial institutions and investment managers. Corporate bankers are credit trained and have a thorough understanding of local market practices, standards and conditions. The corporate bankers in Asia form part of a global network of bankers and are able to deliver financial services to clients in offshore markets.
