Responsibility for creating a diverse and inclusive organization begins at the top. Our Chairman & CEO, Jamie Dimon, leads the Corporate Diversity Council – a group of senior leaders from across the company who set the vision and strategy for diversity at the firm. Progress on diversity objectives is reviewed monthly by the executive management of the firm and regularly with the Board of Directors. In addition, managers understand that they are accountable for making measurable, sustainable progress in this regard. |
