In the metropolitan New York/New Jersey area, the company holds blood drives four times a year during critical shortage periods, collecting more than 3,100 pints of blood in 2005.
Drives in other United States locations are also held on a periodic basis.
The National Marrow Donor Program More than 1,600 U.S. employees registered with the National Marrow Donor Program. Four employees have been matched and have successfully donated marrow to patients in need.
