Firm named best bank to work for in Vault survey

Financial services employees in the U.S. rated J.P. Morgan the best bank to work for. The rankings are based on a survey by Vault.com, a career-management website. Factoring in firm prestige, employee satisfaction and quality of life, the annual survey kicked off in April and surveyed more than 2,400 bankers at 80 companies.
