Jane Perry Appointed Head of JPMorgan Worldwide Securities Services Australia and New Zealand

Jane Perry appointed Head of WSS, Australia & New Zealand. Perry has more than twenty years of business management experience with leadership roles across a broad range of divisions including Operations, Client Service, Human Resources, and Strategy.

Sydney, November 5, 2007 - JPMorgan Worldwide Securities Services (WSS) announces the appointment of Jane Perry as Head of WSS, Australia & New Zealand. Perry joins JPMorgan after ten years with AXA Australia and New Zealand, most recently as its Chief Operations Officer.

Perry has more than twenty years of business management experience with leadership roles across a broad range of divisions including Operations, Client Service, Human Resources, and Strategy. In her most recent role at AXA as COO she managed 1,400 staff across Australia & New Zealand. She has held board memberships on National Mutual Superannuation Pty Ltd and National Mutual Staff Superannuation Plan.

Perry will be responsible for all aspects of the WSS business in Australia and New Zealand, including Sales, Operations, Technology, Product, Client Service, People Agenda and the strategic expansion charter. She will commence early in the New Year.

This appointment follows the recent announcement from JPMorgan's Treasury Services that Tony O'Neill has joined as Head of Treasury Services, Australia & New Zealand. An industry veteran, O'Neill joins from Citibank and has over 20 years of banking experience across sales, business development, relationship management, risk administration and trade finance.
