Cementos Pacasmayo Appoints J.P. Morgan as Depositary Bank for its ADR Program

New York, March 14, 2012 – J.P. Morgan today announced it was recently appointed by Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A. to act as depositary bank for the company’s American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).  J.P. Morgan will manage the ADR program for Cementos Pacasmayo, a leading cement manufacturer in Peru. Cementos Pacasmayo is the first Peruvian company to raise capital through an NYSE-listed ADR program in more than a decade. The NYSE-listed ADRs will trade under the symbol CPAC.
