Welcome to J.P. Morgan ACCESS
This quick ten minute Welcome session is perfect for a new J.P. Morgan ACCESS user. You will learn the basics of J.P. Morgan ACCESS: how to login, express password reset and an overview of the site including where to find help and support.

This session lasts approximately ten minutes.

Views Portfolio Reporting
Views Portfolio Reporting is J.P. Morgan’s flagship reporting platform that is powerful and easy to use, empowering clients with “any view, any time.”  Run, view, print or export standard professional boardroom quality reports. Use the powerful customization tools to easily modify the reports to meet your unique needs. 
Features and Benefits

  • Single Reporting Platform — Provides access to intra-day, prior business day and up to 10 years of historical reports across your portfolio information
  • Report Customization — Enables users to quickly and easily build reports to satisfy their unique requirements
  • Scheduler — Allows clients to generate and deliver reports when data becomes available or at pre-defined times: intra-day, daily, weekly or monthly
  • Flexible Report Delivery — Produces reports in multiple output formats, including .pdf, HTML, .xls or .csv; reports are available online or delivered to your e-mail, local PC, file server or printer

Transaction Initiation
Transaction Initiation is J.P. Morgan’s comprehensive browser-based tool for instruction capture across trade and cash settlement instructions.  Transaction Initiation provides a secure means to rapidly input, import and transmit U.S. and global instructions across securities trades, affirmations, cash, directed lending and inter-account transfers.
Features and Benefits

  • Enhanced Security — Uses J.P. Morgan ACCESS RSA SecurID® patent pending technology to digitally sign the transmission of instructions and authenticate the originating user
  • Instruction Templates — Creates templates for repetitive instructions, allowing users to enter instructions quickly and efficiently
  • File Import — Allows users to import and translate transaction files for easy upload, eliminating manual entry
  • Flexible Entitlements — Offers ability to customize entitlements by instruction type for input, approval (up to five levels) and transmission, enabling security administrators to configure them to meet internal security requirements

Corporate Action Instructions
Corporate Action Instructions is J.P. Morgan’s advanced tool for U.S. and global corporate action transaction processing. Quickly identify urgent notifications requiring response through unique color coding and e-mail alerts to reduce the risk of missed deadlines. Review full notification information and seamlessly create response instructions for single or multiple account holdings.
Features and Benefits:

  • Enhanced Security — Uses J.P. Morgan ACCESS RSA SecurID® patent pending technology to digitally sign the transmission of instructions and authenticate the originating user
  • Color Coded Prioritization — Enables clients to quickly identify priority corporate action notifications via red/amber/green indicators
  • Response Instructions — Pre-populates response instructions to reduce input time with the ability to overwrite, amend and respond in bulk across multiple account holdings
  • E-mail Notification — Generates intraday e-mail notifications for outstanding events and instructions; clients can customize notifications based upon work queue status to ensure users are alerted to tasks they must perform

J.P. Morgan ACCESS Dashboard
The J.P. Morgan ACCESS Dashboard provides instant access to business-critical information, immediately upon logging into the secure J.P. Morgan ACCESS portal. Summary data from multiple underlying applications is provided, with the ability to drill down to detailed information. Multiple Dashboard views can be created, each one entirely customizable to meet unique data requirements.

Inquiry Manager
Inquiry Manager is J.P. Morgan’s market-leading solution for comprehensive inquiry management and reporting, enabling users to monitor and track their inquiries’ lifecycle, from issue creation to final resolution, all in real time.

J.P. Morgan ACCESS Recertification
Recertification is an annual process to identify and revalidate your company’s use of J.P. Morgan ACCESS applications, as well as the entitlements of all of your users. J.P. Morgan’s proprietary, easy-to-use Recertification tool allows you to revalidate the accounts and J.P. Morgan products that each of your users can access.

This session lasts approximately forty-five minutes.

J.P. Morgan ACCESS Security Administration
Using the Security Administration application your designated administrators can manage user IDs and passwords securely and easily, eliminating the effort required by a manual or paper-based process, while decreasing risk and saving time.

This session lasts approximately thirty minutes.

J.P. Morgan ACCESS GTA Connect
The GTA Connect application has three main functions you may have access to: Trade Input, Reporting and Administration.

  • GTA Connect Trade Input session provides an overview on the Transaction Entry functions within GTA Connect.  You will learn how to input, upload, approve, verify, amend, release, and cancel trade instructions online via GTA Connect.
  • GTA Connect Reporting session provides an overview of the reporting available within GTA Connect.  You will learn how to run reports on demand or schedule them to run automatically.
  • GTA Connect Administration session provides an overview of the administration functions within GTA Connect. You will learn how to create, modify and delete users, functional groups, and data groups. You must have Administration entitlements to perform any of these actions.
Each session lasts approximately twenty to thirty minutes.
