An alternative to expensive and cumbersome paper checks, the Chase Payroll Card enables government employers to deliver payroll conveniently and safely via direct deposit to unbanked employees, reducing the significant costs of check delivery, administrative security and fraud, while providing enhanced service and convenience to employees.

Because the Payroll Card carries the Visa® debit logo, employees can easily access their pay at ATMS and make purchases at millions of retail locations worldwide. With the optional Card-to-Card cash transfer feature, cardholders can instantly transfer funds to family members in the U.S. or abroad, eliminating money orders, check cashers and funds transfer services.

Our online account enrollment process results in automatic card issuance and instantly opens an FDIC-insured bank account that can be used by the government agency for ACH payments. Additionally, by using "My Account" — a Web access service — cardholders can conveniently check their balance, view account activity, communicate with Customer Service and more.
